1, Display function: The controller can show the angle value, baud rate, interface part number and command of digital tilt sensor which is connected to the ZCTR03A;
2, Control function: the controller send control commands to tilt sensor and used to debugging the tilt sensor.
3, The controller can support 5 models at most. Each model has 23 bytes and 15 commands. Each command has 13 bytes.
Mode definition:
1).mode 1: work mode
When power on, ZCTR03A will be in this mode. In this mode, key2,3,4 cannot work; the cursor can be moved to command and part number display by key 8,9, Viz. key up and down; then choose the command or part number in command and part number display by key 6,7, Viz. key left and right; key 1 can send the relevant command to command the sensor.
2).mode 2: edition mode
Pressing key 5 around 3 second, ZCTR03A will be in this mode. In this mode, the part number and command can be modified and deleted; baud rate and interface type can be modified; but key 1 cannot be used to send command. After modification, pressing key 5 around 3 second, ZCTR03A will be out the edition mode and be in the work mode, and then the command can be sent.
In this mode, key 8,9 can choose the content that needs to be modified, and key 2 can turn to modification mode, when key 6,7,8,9 can choose the content, key 5 can fix the content. After modification, key 2 will be out the modification mode.
Key 3 is extra key. In part number display, pressing key 3 can increase one part number which creates one new command, and default in the new part number’s modification status. Key 2 can be out of modification status.
Key 4 is delete key. It can work when the cursor is in pert number or command display. In command display, pressing key 4 around 3 second, the command that cursor chose will be deleted. In part number display, pressing key 4 around 3 second, the part number with all its command will be deleted. In case of mistake, key 4 should be pressed around 3 second, meanwhile, be careful miss important information.
